Proposal Review Process
Only complete proposal forms (submitted with a resume or CV for all presenters) will be considered. Proposals will be reviewed by a peer panel without identifying information. This blind review will allow us to select the most relevant sessions that we feel will be most beneficial to our members. The panel will complete their reviews by February 14, 2014, and presenters will be notified beginning February 17, 2014. If your proposal is not accepted, you will be notified, as well.

Proposal Acceptance
If your proposal is accepted for presentation at the CALPCC Conference, you must register as an attendee and present as scheduled. There are no discounted registration fees for presenters. Any other costs associated with presenting, including transportation, lodging, and meals (outside of coffee in the morning and lunch provided on site), will not be covered by CALPCC and are the responsibility of each presenter. Bios, Titles, and Abstracts are subject to editing by CALPCC. Any changes or additions will be shared with the presenter(s) for approval.
