Regional Event Submissions

 

Regional Coordinators, please submit your event info below.  Submit at least 2 weeks in advance of the event.

The emails below will be sent out:

  • An initial email invitation.
  • A follow-up email invitation on a specific date or 7 days before the event.*  This will not be sent to contacts who have already registered
  • A reminder email 2 days before the event to event registrants. *
  • An immediate confirmation email to anyone who registers.

* Dates or # of days before an event can be changed.  Just let me know in the notes to Carolyn below.

Once I have received your event info, I will create the event and the emails to go out.  I will send a test to you for your approval before it is sent out to the membership.

If you have a region logo, images, or pdfs to include, please upload them in the form below.

You can email me anytime at admin@calpcc.org

  • This should be the email on file with your CALPCC membership account. You will receive notifications of registrations at this email address.
  • This can include the date, location, description of the event etc.
  • Example, if this is at a members home and you only want that disclosed to people who have registered, put that information here.
