Advertising Administrator Needed: CALPCC is looking for a person to coordinate its website advertising program. This position would include:

Contacting potential advertisers who have products or services appropriate for counselors

Reinforcing CALPCC’s advertising policies

Working with advertisers on type of ad and advertising rate to meet their needs

Confirming ad specifications and gathering copy and graphics for ads purchased

Maintaining the invoicing and renewal process

Following up with advertisers for initial and renewal payments

Coordinating the information flow between the Treasurer and the Website Administrator

Participating in the CALPCC Marketing/Advertising Committee, as needed
Skills needed include follow-up and attention-to-detail skills, light sales skills, customer service skills, and medium computer skills. CALPCC will train the candidate in the systems already in place.
CALPCC will pay a modest monthly stipend for the coordination role, estimated at an average of 20 hours/month, and a percentage of any new ads that are initiated by this person.
