Advertising Coordinator Wanted

Advertising Administrator Needed:  CALPCC is looking for a person to coordinate its website advertising program.  This position would include:

  • Contacting potential advertisers who have products or services appropriate for counselors

  • Reinforcing CALPCC’s advertising policies

  • Working with advertisers on type of ad and advertising rate to meet their needs

  • Confirming ad specifications and gathering copy and graphics for ads purchased

  • Maintaining the invoicing and renewal process

  • Following up with advertisers for initial and renewal payments

  • Coordinating the information flow between the Treasurer and the Website Administrator

  • Participating in the CALPCC Marketing/Advertising Committee, as needed

 Skills needed include follow-up and attention-to-detail skills, light sales skills, customer service skills, and medium computer skills.   CALPCC will train the candidate in the systems already in place.

CALPCC will pay a modest monthly stipend for the coordination role, estimated at an average of 20 hours/month, and a percentage of any new ads that are initiated by this person.
