Regional Coordinators, please submit your event info below. Submit at least 2 weeks in advance of the event.
The emails below will be sent out:
- An initial email invitation.
- A follow-up email invitation on a specific date or 7 days before the event.* This will not be sent to contacts who have already registered
- A reminder email 2 days before the event to event registrants. *
- An immediate confirmation email to anyone who registers.
* Dates or # of days before an event can be changed. Just let me know in the notes to Carolyn below.
Once I have received your event info, I will create the event and the emails to go out. I will send a test to you for your approval before it is sent out to the membership.
